- Employees of Product People GmbH and their immediate family members are excluded from participating.

Winner Selection and Notification
- Winner Selection: 2 winners will be selected at random using a third-party drawing application.
- Notification: Winners will be contacted via LinkedIn Direct Message within 48 hours of the closing date.
- Claiming the Prize: Winners must respond within 7 calendar days of notification to claim their ticket. If a winner does not respond, a new winner will be drawn.
Additional Rules
- Entry limit: One entry per person/LinkedIn account. Multiple comments or other attempts to enter multiple times may be treated as a single entry or may lead to disqualification.
- Disqualification / misuse: We reserve the right to exclude participants who breach these rules, attempt to manipulate the giveaway (e.g., by using fake accounts, automated entries, or other unfair means), or otherwise act in bad faith.
- Winner announcement: Winners will be contacted privately via LinkedIn Direct Message. We will not publicly announce winners (e.g., by posting their names/handles) unless we have a legal basis to do so or we obtain the winner’s consent.
- Event organizer terms / changes: The prize is subject to the event organizer’s and/or ticketing provider’s terms and conditions. We are not responsible for changes to the event (including schedule, format, speakers, venue, cancellation, or other modifications) made by the organizer. If the organizer cancels the event or the tickets become unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel the giveaway, where legally permitted.
